Custom Orders FAQ

How long does it take for orders to be prepared?

Custom clothing orders will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the size of the garment, about 2 weeks are for materials to arrive. We will do our best to ship your items as soon as possible though!
Accessories and pet accessories, and ready clothing items will be shipped 2 weeks within placing your order.

Why do you only take customs?

We have a few reasons why we don't make many products in advance:

• Overproduction hurts environment;
• We don't want product to lay around and collect dust;
• We want to make sure we make garments tailored to YOUR body.

What yarn do you use?

We use premium natural and synthetic yarns only. Each items has a description including that information. Please contact us if you have any allergies and we can swap out the yarn for something that suits your needs!

What does your pricing include?

Pricing includes materials and labour costs to produce your item. Custom orders including pattern designing as well, if we don't already offer the design you want.
We only got one set of hands, so we make everything with love and care. We want to make sure the garments you buy last for years to come.
